Geevor Tin Mine Circular

Loop from Geevor Tin Mine along the coast path to Portheras Cove and back over common land, through the tin-mining World Heritage landscape.

Terrain

Coast path with some climbing and stepping stones over the stream at Portheras. The common at the end can be very wet in winter.

Dogs

Dogs are allowed on Boat Cove and Portheras beach all year, and there are dog-friendly pubs in Pendeen. Geevor is closed on Saturdays but you can still park outside and walk. Keep dogs close near livestock and cliff edges.
