Terrain
Valley path, rougher in the middle section. The Oak Howe bridge is walkers only for now.
Dogs
The Lake District National Park asks dog walkers to keep dogs on a lead around sheep, especially in lambing season, and near ground-nesting birds in spring and early summer. Keep dogs close near livestock and cliff edges.
