Loop round the western side of Newquay taking in beaches, headlands, the Gannel estuary and a wooded valley.

Terrain

Roads, lanes, tracks and paths. One steep climb on a road, otherwise gentle.

Dogs

Passes dog-friendly beaches and pubs. Newquay Harbour, Fistral and Crantock allow dogs all year. Keep dogs close near livestock and cliff edges.
