Loop from Frogmore to the hamlet of Lansallos and remote Palace Cove, between Polruan and Polperro.

Rugged Coast Path with some long, steep climbs, muddy woodland paths, stiles and steps.

Lantivet Bay is dog-friendly. Keep dogs close near livestock and cliff edges.
