Listing terms

Founding listings

• Founding listings are free during winter 2026 to 2027. A founding listing is a pin on the map with your business name, type, a short description, what you offer dogs, and a link to your website or booking page.
• We'll tell you before any founding listing stops being free. You can ask us to remove your listing at any time.

Checking and approval

• Every listing is checked before it appears, usually within a week.
• We may shorten or edit descriptions to fit the map, and we may move your pin to the right spot.
• We can decline or remove a listing, for example if it isn't dog-friendly, the details are wrong, or the business has closed.

Your responsibilities

• You must run or represent the business, and the details you send must be accurate.
• Tell us if anything changes, such as your dog policy, opening or website.
• A listing doesn't mean we've visited or checked your business. Dog owners should check with you directly.

Featured listings

• Featured listings start in spring 2027. They cost £75 a year, or £95 a year for holiday lets and campsites, paid yearly.
• Businesses with a founding listing pay £45 for their first Featured year if they upgrade by 31 March 2027.
• Nothing is charged for a founding listing. Full Featured terms will be published before Featured listings open.

Your details

• The contact name and email you send are used only to deal with your listing, and are not shown on the site. Business details you send for the listing are shown on the map once approved.
