- Dogs on a lead in Stockton town centre, except Trinity Gardens. Pick up.
- This town-centre order is the council's only dog order. There are no dog byelaws and no limit on how many dogs one person can walk.
Town centre order from 3 April 2026 for three years. The council confirmed the rest by email, 27 October 2026.
