Council-wide dog rules, beaches and named places

We've only partly added this council's dog rules. Check the source for the full order.

Partly added

Pick up after your dog in public places. Hanging bagged mess on trees or fences also counts as an offence.
£100 fixed penalty (£60 if paid early). We found no borough-wide lead order.

From a Rochdale Valley Radio report.

Assistance dogs: most council dog orders and beach bans exempt assistance dogs, such as guide and hearing dogs. Check the source if you are unsure.
