City of Doncaster Council: dog rules
Council-wide dog rules, beaches and named places
Rules added
- Dogs on a lead in all cemeteries and churchyards, on lake and pond paths, at organised events in parks and pitches, and when an officer asks.
- No dogs in fully enclosed, signed play areas.
- Carry bags: £100 fixed penalty if you can't show one.
Assistance dogs: most council dog orders and beach bans exempt assistance dogs, such as guide and hearing dogs. Check the source if you are unsure.
