Clevedon Beach and Marine Lake
Clevedon · South West
Dogs banned all year
Getting onto the beach
- Ramps with handrails at each end of the Marine Lake link the upper and lower promenades; the lower promenade is smooth concrete. Wide, shallow steps with handrails lead into the water at the south end.
- Five disabled bays at the Salthouse Fields car park (about 250 metres from the lake). Accessible toilets (20p) in the chalet at the north end.
Assistance dogs: most council dog orders and beach bans exempt assistance dogs, such as guide and hearing dogs. Check the source if you are unsure.
